The grapes are allowed to reach their full maturity before picking.The grapes are crushed and placed in the press. Only the free run juice is used to make this wine. The wine is fermented at 12 to 14°C for up to 3 weeks. Part of the Chardonnay is fermented in American and French oak barrels for 3 to 6 months before being blended together with the rest of the Chardonnay.
Gold straw in colour with aromas of tropical fruits. A well balanced wine with nice taste of pineapple and just a hint of vanilla in the aftertaste.
Chicken, seafood, cheese and pasta dishes.
